VolkerLaser wins RoSPA Gold Medal Award
VolkerLaser is among the winners of 2017 RoSPA Awards, after receiving a RoSPA Gold Medal Award for their excellence in health and safety and commitment to continuous improvement.
Consistent performance
The Gold Medals are awarded to organisations which achieve between five and nine consecutive Gold Awards. This year marked the fifth consecutive award for VolkerLaser.
Adrian Shah-Cundy, head of corporate responsibility at VolkerWessels UK said: “This is a great achievement. Receiving this award is testament to the hard work and dedication of our employees and subcontractors, to prevent work related injuries and ill-health; whilst improving their wellbeing.”
The most prestigious health and safety awards
The RoSPA Awards are open to businesses and organisations of all types and sizes across the UK and overseas and have been held annually for nearly 60 years.
